How many housekeepers do you send to clean?
Typically, we assign two cleaners, but there may be instances where we send a team of three or four professionals for particularly large or demanding cleaning tasks.
Do I need to provide supplies?
There is no need for you to provide supplies as we come fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning materials and equipment.
However,
if you prefer that we use your own supplies, kindly inform our office in advance, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
Can I request the same maids each visit?
Certainly! We will make every effort to accommodate your request for the same team of housekeepers to clean your home during each visit.
However, please note that there may be occasions when certain team members are unavailable due to factors such as illness, vacations, or scheduled time off.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for a move-out clean?
To ensure a smooth move-out cleaning process, there are a few preparations to keep in mind.
Firstly, please ensure that the utilities, such as electricity and water, are still active to facilitate the cleaning.

✔️ Having no fixtures, furniture, or inhabitants.
✔️ No Trash.
✔️ No contractors, movers, or other workers.
What won’t Jericho Cleaning Services teams clean?
To prioritize the well-being and safety of our cleaning teams, there are certain tasks that we are unable to perform.
For health reasons, our teams will not clean substances such as blood, feces, vomit, or urine, whether from animals or humans.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is essential to maintain a hygienic and safe working environment for our team members.
